Promptly serviced my car and kept me informed

Everyone was polite and respectful. My truck was serviced quickly and Woodruff Chevrolet is a great dealership to deal with when you need service for your vehicle.

They have always looked out for what is best for our car.

Always a pleasure- I drive out if my way to this dealership (there are closer Chevy Dealers) but the service here is unmatched - always quick, kind and efficient.

Went in for Oil Change and tire rotation. Staff greeted me warmly and they were very upbeat and positive. I had a 10 o'clock appointment and was out of there. In an hour.

Experience was great! Brittany Scott is a wonderful person to work with. I did not get pressured during the entire process. She listened to my concerns and worked with me every step of the way until complete. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Woodruff Chevrolet and have referred 4 co-workers that have purchased from there also. There is NO other dealership that I would even think of working with!

I went for an oil change appointment was at 1:00 i arrived at 12:45 . It to a very long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not leave until 2:30 whats up with the waiting so long?

From the first call with Brittany, it was a smooth process. Mark was very knowledgeable about the vehicle so it was an easy stress free purchase from beginning to end.

They made this experience the top car buying experience I have had in my 62 years! I am a fan and would go out of my way to send them referrals and check back when I need to purchase a new car in the future. Most of the process was over the phone. The experience to finalize the purchase was enjoyable and simple.

Routine oil change and tire rotation but also helped identify a slow leak in a tire and gave good advice on how to repair it without having to replace a tire with much wear left.

Very satisfied with the work done. Wait time was a little long. Was told that the service time would be 15 to 30 minutes. Took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get in and get out.

The wrong part was ordered by the person in parts department after he was shown the part on the vehicle. He said he clicked on the wrong thing. The service person was trying to price it out for a total but the wrong part was relayed to him wrong. Eventually the parts person said he got it right. Then a date was scheduled for installation but come to find out the wrong part was ordered still? Y n how that happened? Dropped off the vehicle n had to come back to get it cause the wrong part was shipped? Y ? Came back 2 days later n the install was done. But it cost more than the original quote and it was the WRONG Part, because the pattern on the vehicle didn’t match the part put on. I feel I got taken advantage of and paid more than I should have paid!!! Not A Happy Customer n Experience.

Woodruff chevrolet is on a level all alone. They put the customer 1st. I am so grateful I have bought my vehicles from them and on top of that the service department has blown me away with how fast they worked me in to keep me and my family. I had an issue on my truck I called Eddie Morgan he said get here we will take care of you. They did EXACTLY that. My truck is back rolling and by the way I did not have an appointment. He could have done what almost every other shop would have done and said schedule an appointment and we will get to it when we can but he didn’t. They still do things the old school way as far as knowing sometimes you have to bend to take care of people. He could tell how important it was that I needed my truck back on the road. I absolutely love these people. It may be a few minutes further out but worth every second. Thank you Woodruff Chevrolet.

The people here are always courteous and kind and try to help as quickly as they can. They call back when promised. I wish they could let them train the other GM stores in Greenville in customer service.

There was a mix up in finding our parts, but Rose is very good at her job, they found them, and got them on, Rose is very polite, a man from the shop apologized for the mix up, so everything worked out!’

Diagnosis of problem with SD Card error in Nav system. Turned out to be a bad card. Correction of issue still in process, but Woodruff Chevrolet service is fabulous.

I always enjoy taking my car in for service at Woodruff Chevrolet. The appointments rarely take long and I have a spot in the Customer Lounge where I set up my laptop to take some calls while I wait. Whenever I check out, I'm always asked if I have Chevrolet Rewards to use, something I wouldn't think of if I wasn't prompted. Despite being convenient for me to get to, I'm grateful I have such a considerate and quick dealership to use when my car needs service. Keep up the good work!

I came to your dealership because of the attitude of everyone there. My intent was to buy a vehicle in Greenville but dealer there was not exactly friendly. Was pleasure working with Brad and your Sales manager.
